With a Diploma in Leadership and Management, she moved on to study her Bachelors in Business (HR), then decided to pursue a double degree in Law and Criminal and Community Justice which she is currently studying and has found a passion in workplace law. She has worked in the Mental Health field, and has demonstrated a pragmatic and analytical style approach to problems, and aims to understand the underlying cause of problems and behaviours in the workplace to find practical solutions for fair outcomes.
