Clarissa holds formal qualifications in Leadership and Management and is currently undertaking double degrees in Law and Criminal & Community Justice. She has developed a strong interest in workplace and employment law, which strengthens her HR capability and enables clients to receive informed, compliant and strategic guidance.
With a background in the mental health sector, Clarissa approaches HR challenges with a pragmatic and analytical mindset. She looks beyond surface-level issues to address root causes and supports organisations to achieve fair, ethical and sustainable outcomes. Her experience includes leadership, operations and people management across varied professional contexts.
