Clarissa is the founder of Strategic People Partners and is currently undertaking studies in Law, Human Resources, and has studied Leadership and Management. She has a particular interest in workplace relations, employment law and the practical application of workplace policies, Awards and employee rights.
With almost six years of frontline experience in the mental health and disability sector, Clarissa brings a practical understanding of the relationship between employees, management and organisational systems. Her experience has included frontline service delivery, independent business operations and exposure to leadership and people-management responsibilities.
Clarissa takes a pragmatic and analytical approach to workplace issues, looking beyond surface-level problems to understand their underlying causes. Through Strategic People Partners, she aims to support both employees and businesses with practical workplace guidance, advocacy and problem-solving focused on fair, sustainable outcomes.
